With modern machinery, we can provide a Phosphate treatment to ensure your project has the upmost professional start to the process. The Phosphate machine ensures that your product has the right base coat to withstand harsh weather and to prolong the life expectancy of the overall finish. Pre treatment really does extend the product durability and quality.

At MJ Coatings we specialise in Powder Coating. With our 6m box oven, 3m box oven and two state of the art spray booths we aim to accommodate all specifications. We aim to provide rapid and accurate turnaround times by working closely with the customer.
MJ Coatings has over 150 colours in stock, with any colour available to order. We use Ral colours and they can be found on the internet for reference. If you require a certain colour and we do not have it in stock please do ask and we can raise an enquiry into price and availability. Colours are available in numerous different finishes:
